Founded in 2017
We believe young Black boys and girls are born with unlimited potential and, like all young people, need to be encouraged, motivated and inspired so that they can discover the opportunities available to them and be inspired to reach their true potential.
Our aim is to make young people become familiar with Black professional pioneers and high achievers within the Black community by meeting, talking to and hearing from them and to take the knowledge and experience gained to inspire and build their own confidence to succeed.
We achieve this by setting up and running Employability Day events all around the UK; bringing together these young people with local, national and international employers. The events will be supported by professional role models who will volunteer their time to help young Black people to understand and explore potential career pathways.
By making a donation or starting a fundraising project, this will allow us to deliver more Employability Day events in different urban centres across the UK, reaching thousands of young Black people.
Our initial fundraising target is £5,000.
Thank you in advance for your support.
